Ring Entryway Keypad Battery Died - My ring keypad (gen 1) completely drained of battery. I keep getting message that entryway keypad battery low but it doesn’t even have a battery that i’m aware of. I have a ring alarm on metalled about 2 years and recently the keypad went offline. Left it charging for a good 24 hours but now it’s completely dead. It’s plugged in and stays plugged in. Looking at the keypad i see no obvious way to replace the rechargeable battery battery when it dies after a few years of service! My keypad died yesterday afternoon.
